Terms and Conditions

Version: 2026-10-12-v1

English translation

These terms and conditions apply to the ordering and production of personalised photo books and yearly calendars via our application for customers with a delivery address in Switzerland and other supported delivery countries.

§1 Scope

These conditions govern the contractual relationship between Sarah Schwarzgruber (hereinafter "the provider") and the customer for the purchase and production of personalised photo books and yearly calendars via the "Little Story" application.

§2 Subject matter

The provider makes a web application available to the customer for designing a photo book (square hardcover, 21 × 21 cm, 48–300 pages) or a yearly calendar (A4, 14 pages). Once payment is received, the individually designed product is produced by a print-on-demand provider (Prodigi (print-on-demand, United Kingdom)) and dispatched to the specified delivery address.

§3 Personalised products

Photo book and yearly calendar are produced individually according to the customer's specifications (photos, texts, cover, layout). The customer is responsible for the quality, the rights and the content of the uploaded photos and texts. An order may also be placed as a gift to a different delivery address; the customer remains the contracting party of the provider.

§4 Prices and payment terms

The total price includes production and shipping costs and is shown to the customer before the order is placed. The photo book costs from CHF 59.–, the yearly calendar CHF 29.– per copy. The currency depends on the delivery country. Payment is processed via a payment provider (Stripe (payment provider)). The amount is charged only after order confirmation. Multiple copies per order are possible – the total price is calculated from the unit price times the quantity.

§5 Design service "Little Story Personal"

The following additional conditions apply to the individual design service: (1) The customer submits a non-binding request. The provider reviews it and creates an individual offer with price, scope of services and estimated processing time. (2) The contract is concluded only through the customer's express acceptance of the offer and full prepayment of the offer price. (3) The design service begins only after confirmed receipt of payment. Without payment, no work will be carried out. (4) One revision round for minor adjustments is included in the agreed price. Further changes or fundamental redesigns are chargeable and require a new offer. (5) The customer receives a digital preview of the designed photo book. The print order is placed only after the customer's express approval. (6) Rejection of the design proposal alone does not give rise to a claim for refund of design services already rendered in accordance with the contract. (7) Statutory warranty claims for defective or non-contractual performance remain expressly reserved. (8) Swiss law and the provisions of these terms and conditions apply.

§6 Returns and cancellation

This photo book is produced individually according to your personal wishes. A right of cancellation or return is therefore excluded once production of the personalisation has begun.

§7 Delivery

The estimated delivery time is shown to you during the ordering process. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Information on delivery time is non-binding unless expressly marked as binding.

§8 Complaints

In the event of defects or errors, the customer may submit a complaint via the function in the order overview. The provider reviews the complaint and responds within a reasonable period.

§9 Limitation of liability

The provider's liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. For intent and gross negligence, the provider is liable without limitation. legal.agb.s9.link.
