How does Little Story work?
You create a baby profile, upload photos monthly and select milestones. Little Story automatically creates a digital year timeline. Optionally, you can order a photo book at the end.
Do I have to order a photo book?
No. The digital memory app is free to use with no purchase obligation. The photo book is an optional upgrade that you can order at any time.
How long are my photos stored?
Your photos remain in your account as long as you don't delete your profile. You can manage or delete your data at any time in the settings.
What voucher values are available?
Vouchers are available for CHF 29 (suitable for a calendar), CHF 30, CHF 50, CHF 59 (suitable for a photo book with 48 pages) and CHF 100. The voucher fully covers a Little Story photo book with 48 pages, provided the value is sufficient. If your album contains more memories, you can add additional pages for CHF 1 per 4 pages. You only pay the difference.
What does the photo book cost?
The photo book costs from CHF 59 for 48 pages. Additional pages are available at a surcharge: CHF 1 per 4 pages. The price includes worldwide shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes around 10 business days, including production and shipping. In some cases, it may be a little faster or take slightly longer. As soon as your Little Story has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Where do you ship and in which currency?
Little Story ships worldwide. The currency depends on your delivery country: Switzerland in CHF, EU countries in EUR. The final price is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.
What do I do if my book is damaged?
If your photo book arrives damaged, please email us at the address below with your order number. We'll take care of a solution as quickly as possible.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. In the settings you can delete individual photos, your album or your entire profile including all data. Complete account deletion can be done directly in the settings.
Calendar
How do I create a calendar?
In the calendar section of the app, Little Story automatically creates a first draft from your uploaded photos. You can adjust each month individually.
Can I use my already uploaded Little Story photos?
Yes. Your existing baby photos are automatically sorted by month and used as a first draft.
How many photos can I use per month?
Up to 3 photos per month.
Can I upload photos directly in the calendar?
Yes, you can upload more photos at any time in the calendar editor.
Can I customise the cover colour, title, font and title size?
Yes. Cover colour, title, subtitle, font and title size can all be customised freely.
What format is the calendar?
A4, 14 pages, for the year 2027, CHF 29.– incl. shipping.
I have several children – does the calendar apply to all of them?
The calendar always belongs to the currently selected child profile. Simply switch profiles to create a separate calendar for another child.
